Refund Policy

Any paid SoftwareHow products such as the Mac apps and online tools are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, and you think you don’t get much value from our software products, we can also consider issuing a refund for you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund.

To request a refund for a product you purchased, please email [email protected] from the email account you used to buy the product. Please mention “refund request” in the subject line and include details of your purchase along with the reason (if 30 days have passed).
